The PGA Presidents Plaque is presented to individuals for extraordinary and exemplary contributions and achievements in player development. The award considers a PGA Professional's growth of the game leadership commitments at the Sectional and National levels, and the impact made at their own facility.

Rain, sleet or snow will not stop Bob Collins from conducting golf lessons year-round. With access to a covered golf dome, an indoor golf studio with simulator powered by TrackMan and the Pine Lakes Practice Range in Hubbard, Ohio, which has covered and heated tee stations, Bob can provide golf lessons every month of the year. Lessons can also be scheduled after dark.
